Who we are
levelr.ma is a skills matrix and career roadmap platform. This page covers the public website and its demo / contact form. Data inside customer workspaces is governed by each customer’s agreement with us.
What we collect
When you send the form: your name, work email, company, role, company size, your message and the request type. We also keep the language of the page, where you came from (a campaign tag or the referring site) and a salted, one-way hash of your network address, used only to limit abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and arrange a demo. Our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you made. We do not send newsletters, sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Who sees it
Our team, and the infrastructure providers that host the site and database. If a notification channel is configured, a short message with your request details is posted to our internal chat or automation tool.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then we delete it. Requests with no follow-up are deleted at the same point.
Cookies
The only cookie is a language preference (“lang”) that remembers English or French. There is no advertising or analytics cookie.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent, or object to their use, at any time. Where applicable you may also complain to your data protection authority (for example the CNDP in Morocco or the CNIL in France).
